NEET UG syllabus, chapter by chapter

NEET UG is a single paper of 180 questions worth 720 marks, with negative marking, drawn from the NCERT Class 11 and Class 12 syllabus in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Biology carries half the paper on its own, which is why most successful plans give it the most calendar time rather than the most enthusiasm.

81 chapters in total — 28 in Physics, 21 in Chemistry, 32 in Biology.

Every chapter below is one the NCERT course actually contains. The weight column is CapCompass's own planning weight — how much study time the app reserves for that chapter — not an official NEET weightage, which the NTA does not publish.
