Indefinite Integration in one look
differentiation run backward: a table of standard antiderivatives, then substitution, parts and partial fractions to reach it
Integration undoes Differentiation
if d/dx[g(x)]=f(x), then ∫ f(x) dx = g(x)+c
c is the CONSTANT OF INTEGRATION: a whole family of antiderivatives differs only by a vertical shift
sums integrate term by term, and a constant pulls straight out: ∫ k f(x) dx = k∫ f(x) dx
Elementary Integration Formulae
power rule, n not -1∫ x^n dx = x^n+1/n+1+c
power rule with a linear inner function∫(ax+b)^n dx = (ax+b)^n+1/n+1·1/a+c
These notes are not a standalone PDF. CapCompass plans Mathematics chapter by chapter against your real exam dates and free hours, and when the plan reaches Indefinite Integration the sheet opens inside the study block itself — at the page covering the sub-topic that block is on, with the timer still running. Revision arrives at the moment the plan says revise, instead of having to be gone looking for.
